Shipping Information
We ship your orders via the parcel service UPS.
Delivery is made within Germany and to the countries listed on this page.
Minimum Order Value
The minimum order value (excluding shipping costs) is €37.00. This means that Snow Business will only process and deliver orders if the cart value (excluding shipping) is €37.00 or more.
Delivery Times for Standard Shipping
Shipping is carried out after order confirmation or payment, if prepayment is agreed:
- Orders placed before 12:00 pm: same business day
- Orders placed after 12:00 pm: next business day
This applies to deliveries within Germany as well as international shipments. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If a valid VAT ID number is not provided, we will charge German VAT for standard shipping within the European Union. If an order is placed from abroad but the delivery address is in Germany, German VAT also applies, as the goods do not leave Germany.

Flat Rate for Standard Orders
For each order without snow fleece products, we charge a flat shipping rate of €9.90 (incl. VAT).
Shipping Costs for Snow Fleece Products
Due to their volume, our snow fleece products must be packed individually. We therefore charge €19.90 per snow fleece product (incl. VAT).
Shipping to Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria

- up to 5 kg: €25.90
- up to 10 kg: €27.90
- up to 15 kg: €32.90

Customs Surcharge
Shipping costs for Switzerland and Liechtenstein include a customs surcharge.
Self-Pickup for EU, Non-EU, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein Customers
All customers have the option to collect goods directly from our logistics center or have them collected by a service provider of their choice. Please coordinate the pickup appointment with us by phone in advance.
